About the class
This is the USCCA Concealed Carry and Home Defense Fundamentals course, the class Michigan recognizes for the concealed pistol license. It runs one day, 8:00 in the morning to 5:00 in the afternoon, with the classroom portion first and live fire in the afternoon. Michigan law gets the most classroom time because it is the part students are least sure about, and we take frequent breaks.
Most people in the room have never fired a pistol. Coaching on the range is one on one and nobody gets singled out in front of the class.
